Thai Massageis a highly comprehensive full body massage done fully clothed on a padded mat on the floor with pillows and bolsters. Sessions involve deep compressions, detailed sen line work, and passive stretches to increase circulation, range of motion, flexibility, and to help reduce pain. Thai massage aims to clear blockages in the body’s sen lines in order to restore balance and harmony to the body. The session is adapted to your level of flexibility and desired pressure.

Integrative Table Massage
During integrative table massages, Susan blends deep tissue and a Thai massage approach to slow down and tune in to the therapeutic needs of her clients. Whether you have targeted areas to work on or want deep relaxation (or both!), Susan aims to create a nurturing environment that allows for a deeply restorative experience.

Buccal Face Sculpting Massage
This facial massage treatment relieves muscle tension, promotes increased circulation and collagen production, reduces puffiness, and sculpts the face. It includes hot stone shoulder and neck massage, facial gua sha and bo jin, intra-oral buccal massage, and facial cupping. Bo jin is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and deeply relaxes the muscles of the face, neck, and upper chest. After warming the skin with steamed towels, the face is gently cleansed with jojoba oil to prepare for the facial massage. Gentle lymphatic drainage massage techniques in the neck and face are used throughout the treatment. Susan uses a skin elixir formulated specifically for the face.

Synergy Hot Stone Massage
Synergy Hot Stone Massage brings heat to your therapeutic oil massage to help you sink even deeper into relaxation. Susan uses the ceramic stones to warm the skin and muscles to help make the massage even more effective. The Synergy stones used are specially contoured to provide extra coverage on the body and work into areas that need extra attention. (Some say it’s like the hot stones are hugging your muscles!) Susan incorporates the synergy stones throughout the massage, tuning in to what your body needs and providing detailed work with her hands, forearms, and elbows as needed.

Prenatal Massage
Unwind and focus on relaxing where you carry extra tension or discomfort during pregnancy. Pillows, bolsters, and side-lying position are incorporated to maximize your comfort and allow you to safely enjoy relaxing strokes and gentle stretching. Susan can provide the level of pressure you would like during your session.

Thai Womblifting Abdominal Massage
Womblifting is a 2.5 hour traditional Thai treatment done on a comfortable padded mat on the floor involving acupressure and hot herbal poultice massage. The client changes into loose fitting clothing provided. The compressions and acupressure on the legs, glutes, low back, and abdomen allow the client to sink deeply into relaxation and tune into their body. Although the entire body is worked on in some way (through compressions and herbal poultice), the focal point of the treatment is on the abdomen and connective tissue around the womb. After the acupressure and abdominal work, the client is massaged with a steamed herbal poultice. This treatment can be helpful with digestion and general abdominal and reproductive health.
